We always need dependable, committed volunteers to make the Mayor's Cup a successful event. Volunteers help set up and break down the event, pass out food and water, pick up litter, and guard intersections on the route, safeguarding our participants and encouraging them throughout the race.
Volunteers must be 18 or older, unless supervised by an adult.
Generally, volunteers start at 6 am on race day and are finished around 10 am.
Volunteers will be required to wear reflective safety vests and need to come dressed ready to work and in comfortable shoes.
Volunteers must sign in on race day and complete a waiver. Minors must have the volunteer waiver signed by a parent or guardian. This may be done online or on race day when signing in at the volunteer table.
Volunteers may request a specific assignment, but it could change based on event needs.
